Sales for 2009 down big time

edited Jan 7, 2010 12:02PM in Web Site / E-Commerce 13 comments

I've been with NS about 7 years. From May on this year my sales on line went in to the toilet. They took a major nose dive. Jan - April was typical all the way through. Nothing really changed on my end. All I can imagine is my site wasn't as user friendly via html or indexing all the sudden with a change.

I even added on line chatting to my site which seemed to help close sales. I know I realized a higher bump with those so imagine without it...

cart abandonment is still horrible. But that's always been bad.

Howdy, Stranger!
