Netsuite Web Design

Hello,

we are a company based in the uk looking at developing a new website hosted by netsuite.

what is the best practice for getting the website code and images into netsuite?

i.e. could a graphic designer without experiance of netsuite design the website then we could copy the code into netsuite?

Would this be done via layouts, themes and templates?
