New web Customers - Credit Limit - Am I going mad?!?!
Hi All,
I think I must be missing something....
I have a Netsuite webstore. I allow sales orders to be raised "per customer basis" - so customers I give a credit limit to can order on invoice terms.
However, we allow NEW customers to register on the web. They have, therefore, a blank credit limit. Despite us not setting a finite credit limit for them (because they create accounts whever they want on the web, it's an unattended process) - they can STILL order on invoice!
Surely us setting "per customer basis" and them having no credit terms set they shouldn't be allowed to order on invoice, and only be able to order on credit card.....?
