Web Order Confirmation Thank You Page

We find that once a customer fully completes an online order they are able to hit the back button on the browser to go back to the Review & Submit page or do a reload or refresh on the Order Confirmation page.  Is there a way to stop that?

AdWords will show 1 conversion in 1-per click and 2 or more in Many per click.  In addition, we are looking to implement an Affiliate program and Share-A-Sale states: ""It is important that this confirmation page can not be reloaded or refreshed. "  I guess otherwise, it will regester as two or more transactions.

I did a bit of research online and found a vendor ROI Revolution that gives a suggestion.  I was wondering if anyone knows if this can be implemented into NetSuite:
