News items - best practice

Hi,

We have about 1,000 news articles that we are currently serving on our pre-netsuite asp site.  These articles have a release date and an expiry date.  We can load articles prior to the release date and they only appear when the release date has arrived up until the expiry date.  After the expiry date has passed, they only appear as the 'archive'.

What would be the best way to do this in Netsuite and display a Netsuite web page?

We have played with one version in a Knowledgebase.  Another experiment was creating them as items with a dedicated 'news' category for the webshop.
