Checkout Down ? Just us or others?
Guys,
Just wanted to see if anyone else is having a problem with checkout on webstore. When customers are at the final step to complete order, they try to submit - and are timing out. We place the order in the back end and when we submit the order it does the same for us ... just spins and says "loading"... it's like netsuite isn't reaching verisign. However, when we go directly into our merchant system -- we're able to process a transaction... so it's not the processor.
If you're not sure -- perhaps you guys should test your shopping carts to make sure you're not having the same prob.
