Dealing with limitations of Netsuite search
We are currently evaluating best ways to enhance the search facility in Netsuite. The built in search doesn't really provide any customization in terms of how you want to control the search results and if you want to add intelligent filters as to what to display or not , and provide things like synonyms, spell-check, nearest match, etc...
Anybody who has had some experience with this and maybe implemented search from a third party provider?
