Anyone Else Have Right-Aligned, Squished Registration Page in IE8?

This page is squished and right aligned in IE8:

I'm not sure why it's only that way in IE8 but I'm assuming it's something wonky involving Netsuite's irritatingly mandatory tables and the colspan/rowspan attribute. Has anyone fixed this before?
