eBay Messages Bouncing
eBay is apparently rolling out a new requirement that all email addresses used for correspondence are registered. This is problematic because of the following scenario:
Note - We're not using eBay integration for this but a custom solution that uses case records for messaging.
-Customer sends question through eBay messaging
-Ebay adds message as a case record in NS
-NS user responds through NS
-Ebay sends message from NS to eBay, but message is blocked because from address is not registered.
This is a problem because each time a message is sent from NS, it has a unique from address like messages.<companyID>.
