Gift Certificates and Multi-Site
Is it true that if you operate multiple sites and sell gift certificates, the fulfillment email should not give the name of the store but the name of the company?
We have multiple stores in this example with different brand names - the store names are given at the Set Up Web Site page. The store(s) is assigned on the gift certificate record denoting which store(s) the certificate can be redeemed in. However, when an order is fulfilled, the email says the following, where <Company Name> is replaced by the Company Name at Company Information, not the Store name:
