Magento - multisite emails to customer
We have existing sites on Magento using another order management system. We are looking for more robust type ERP functionality and we are considering using Netsuite as our back-end system. One major problem that we are running into has to do with running multiple domains/sites under Magento. Email communications of course by default would come from the standard Netsuite domain.
I know that there are third party companies that provide the functionality to change the domain on outgoing email, but I am wondering if this can be accomplished directly in Magento. As status update are sent to Magento via the API, is there a way to easily trigger status update emails (such as sending tracking numbers) from Magento?
