External Catalog Feature Stripped Away From NetSuite Small Business
This is an urgent request: Last night at around 8:20PM I received an e-mail from a client stating their website pricing and shopping cart was no longer appearing on the site and the information had been replaced by "Error - This business does not have the External Catalog Site feature enabled".
The small business accounts have always had this feature and it doesn't make sense that this would be stripped away from the account. I have filed case #1208468 but I am hoping someone at NetSuite can escalate this for our customer as they are losing money and are understandably quite upset about this.
