Zip File Downloads in File Cabinet Timing Out
We're a b2b software company and having issues here with our users downloading our trial installs after moving our website to NetSuite. On top of nightmare's with the Login/Registration process (Defect 185853 users lose access and get error after their lead record is converted/merged to existing company record in netsuite.) customers that are lucky enough to get access to the files, can't even complete a download.
Zip files, size 15 mb, quits halfway through the download(about 75% of the time). I've deleted and reup'ed the files to the cabinet, changed location of the files(both inside and outside of Live Hosting Site Files Folder) made them available without login and only available with login, to no avail, same behavior.
