Multiple Sites with different confirmation Emails

I have 2 sites hosted within NetSuite and I would like to have two different confirmation Emails to be send out and to customize the text differently.
Is this possible by some sort of scripting?
I saw on one thread that it is possible to use saved search e-mails for the confirmation e-mails.
Can anyone give me some details on this.
