Search works in NetSuite but not via Web Service

Created 'Saved Search' which works fine in NetSuite.
Tested Web Service call to same search via Actional Diagnostics and worked fine returning expected results.
Initiated same web service call from different application and worked ok until this week. Nothing has changed on search.
Went back and tried initiating from Actional and now gets no data.
Still works fine in NetSuite returning data.
Tried web service calls to other searches and update lists and these work fine through Actional and other application.
Appears problem only relates to this saved search even though it works in NetSuite.
Tried 'saving'  original saved search but still get problem with new one.
