Verifying Email When User Registers
Did my due diligence in searching this forum, but surprisingly no one seems to be concerned with the functionality Im trying to accomplish.
Im using a Custom Online Customer Registration form that give's access with the Login Access control set to True on registration. Redirects to a thank you page, and user is granted instant access to download trial software.
I'd like to have it setup so that users have to verify/validate at least their email address before we grant them access. Is this possible, and what's the best way to accomplish this....
I fire off a Auto-Reply in the Customer Notification of the Online Customer Form Workflow. Is there parameters I can code into a URL in the Welcome Email, that sets Login Access to true, as opposed to setting the access to true on form submission? Any other suggestions/work arounds?
