Google checkout and low shipping for expedited orders

Google checkout orders with Fedex expedited shipping is calculating low shipping for last 2 weeks. The shipping shows correctly in Netsuite but it shows low of only $19.95 in Google checkout website for Next day Airs. We are losing 10-20 dollars per order for this problem. Not sure who I should contact - Netsuite or Google Checkout. I hope if Netsuite takes this case, they will be able to replicate the problem from their side.
