Web store transaction showing permission error

I have used a standard Customer Center Role for my webstore and using the External Sales Order - Cash Sale form.

Everytime, when i put an order through, it gives a Notice

- Permission Violation: You need the "Lists-> Customers' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.

I am using a standard role and can't see why there is such an error.
