External Entry Form - the same in webstore and custmer center?

Can I please confirm something

1. The Customer/Lead/Prospect (External) form is the same form used in the Customer Center and the Webstore?

2. Customer Center and Webstore has the same default role if
General Preference has a Default Role for New Customers?
