Website and Customer Center Sales Order form is same?

Just wondering if the website Sales Order is using the same form as Customer Center?

Previously, I have an internal form made available for Customer Center Role and now, the Customer Center Roles disappeared from the selection in the Role Tab of the internal Form.

Now, I can't specify a form to be used in the Customer Center only.
