Netsuite's Checkout Does Not Meet MC/VISA Regulations

Hi,

We just had an issue where MC/VISA said the design of the shopping cart of Netsuite does not meet their regulations. MC/VISA indicates the terms of use must be in a scroll box. It cannot be in a "click to" link to read the terms.

Has anyone been able to put their terms into a scroll box?
