Calling .htc scripts

Hi all, I searched and couldn't find an answer to this on the forums.

I'd like to call an .htc script file from time to time but they don't seem to work when hosted in the NS file cabinet. I'm thinking it's because NS is not configured to handle this MIME type. Is there any way to add custom MIME types or file extensions so I can call these files from the file cabinet?
