GCO - "TIMEOUT" error
Hi,
we noticed that we don't receive GCO orders as usual, we received only 2 within one week, so we tried to do a testing order...
first testing order submitted successfully, second and third displayed an error "You don't currently have any valid shipping methods" while I used the same account trying to purchase the same item in the first order
I checked GCO errors page and find many "TIMEOUT" erros...
the integration disconnected between GCO and NS, I'm afraid that this occurs for all customers...
I already submitted a case to NS and we are still investigating..., I'd ask if this occurs only on our account or on all?!!!
