Checkout errors
Recently some of our customer complained that they were not able to proceed to checkout and had to call to place an order. They all were claiming that they were "kicked out" of checkout and then saw an error saying "this page could not be refreshed". We've tried to reproduce the problem, but don't seem to figure out a pattern on why and when this happens. Netsuite support rep tried looking for error logs, but didn't seem to find the problem as well.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? I know this is pretty vague, but we don't really have any additional info on when this happens.
