Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
URL of the Change Password Page Expires in 24-hours???
When we give access to customers on the website, the notification email that comes out of NetSuite would provide the customer the Change Password URL.
We are finding that this link expires within 24 hours and by the time most of our customers get to it, the URL is expired. Our customers are getting frustrated with it. As do our Customer Service department as we could never predict the time period within which customers could attend to accessing and changing password.
Is there anyway we could extend this expiration period or put no limit to it at all?
Would appreciate any advise...
