PayPal Voids
Hi All,
We regularly have an issue with PayPal that customers are not correctly returned to our site to finalise the transaction. This results in an authorisation on the customers PayPal account - but no order in NetSuite. The only thing we can do is have these manually voided by our PayPal rep.
This morning I rec'd the following email from our rep;
We have been advised internally by our Risk teams that we are not to void transactions on behalf of any merchant. The agreement of purchase is between the merchant and the buyer therefore we are not to interfere with this agreement.
