Creating button to add items to web store cart

Hello,

I am trying to create a button that will display in the web store. When the button titled "Free Sample" is clicked it should retrieve 1 of the item at the designated internal ID in NetSuite and put that one item in the cart. If the customer continues to shop the site for samples, they should be able to click that button and have one item of that particular sample added to the cart. Now I have created the code for this, but even though I define the internal ID in the code whenever I click the button, it doesn't
