Enter Shipping Address

Hi,

This is probably a very easy question to answer... how ever i appear to be rather stuck...

In my checkout process on my website i require that the users enter in their shipping address.

Where does one go to edit the text "Enter New Shipping Address"

I would like to say something else.. but i cant find the area in which it resides
