Revenue Recognition on Web Store Orders

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I have rev rec templates assigned to items which are available for sale on my webstore (kits).  However, when those orders come in, there are no revenue templates on the line item and none are created.  I have revenue commitments enabled.

Why do my web orders not bring over the item record rev template and create a schedule?
