Changing Payment Processors - Outstanding Auths
Hey Guys,
Has anyone experience with undertaking a change of payment processors.
We are changing from;
Payflow Pro which is transacting through our 'Merchant Account A' to
CyberSource which is transacting through our 'Merchant Account B'
My biggest concern is what will happen to all the outstanding Authorisations created using Payflow Pro that will then be billed using Cybersource - theoretically it will still leave the outstanding auth on the customers card?
Any thoughts/experience?
