Inquiry for Netsuite PARTNERS to create script to calculate shipping for Drop-ship

We drop-ship items from various Vendors, but the shipping real-time rates are based on the zip code specified in our Company profile... which it doesn't make sense! That is why it's called drop-ship

Drop-ship means that we are not shipping from our location. We need a Netsuite Partner/programmer to create a way to calculate the shipping charges based on the drop-ship vendor's zip code.

As a note to the programmers:

- When calculating the shipping charges, items from the same drop-ship vendor will be group together and calculate shipping and then add them  together.

- All the items will still obey the "ship separately" (true or false) field, and will apply to each each group as specified above.
