You must provide a password to give this person access to your account.
I have a customer and I want to give access to a second employee so that the account has two logins. However I cannot seem to make any changes to the account as when ever I try to make any changes on the access tab I get the message:-
You must provide a password to give this person access to your account.
The customer says he has forgotten his password, so I was going to set a new one for him but I cannot save. I have then tried to un check his name in the access tab and I get the same message.
