99.97% Bounce Rate on our homepage for IE 7 direct traffic only?

I am trying to pin down an issues we seem to be having with our analytics.  Google is showing a large bounce rate and when we drilled down into it we found that Internet Explorer 7 is reporting a 99% bounce rate to our home page marked as direct traffic.  We have two other website and am not seeing this issue with them.  Is there any way to get netsuite server log data to see what is actually happening?

Does anyone know what may be causing this?  All our other numbers look like they are in normal range.
