Having trouble arranging items in a category?

I've had this issue for a while but now I need answers.  I'm having a issues arranging items in a category how I need them to display on our website.  Currently they're displaying by Price (Lowest at top, Highest at bottom) and I can't seem to get it to do otherwise.

This is probably a dumb question but I can't seem to figure it out.
