Set up Web site - Which option to choose?

I know that there is a help topic on this one, but I wanted the feedback of the community.

We have an existing website that we are very happy with, except for the fact that it is not tied to Netsuite at all and therefore falls out of sync with actual data.

However, the look and feel and functionality of the site is great, and we worked for a long time to bring it to such a point.

What is the best way to bring a site that over to Netsuite, and integrate (obviously) with our backend data?
