We are trying to pull some information from the department record onto a website page. We have been successful with
<%=getAttribute('department','7','custrecorddept_phone_num')%>
on an item template but not on a category template. The error message we get is that record department 7 cannot be found. Any idea why it works with an item template but not a category template?
