Using a custom URL instead of system.netsuite.com?

I'd like to set up a custom URL for my company for Netsuite access.  This is for internal use - not for a customer facing website.

If I set up a domain and point it to system.netsuite.com, can I then have my employees use that domain instead of system.netsuite.com?
