UPS Ground not calculating
Now we've got another problem! A few hours ago our website stopped calculating UPS shipping methods. Now whenever a UPS method is chosen it gives rates but the shipping amount is not added to the order total and the order comes in with $0.00 as the shipping charge. Most of our customers choose UPS so this is a major break for us. We made no changes on our end, it was working fine and then just broke.
This happened a few weeks ago and it took Netsuite hours to fix it. I contacted customer support by phone and they said they were going to file a defect. Has anyone else seen this? This is a big problem for us!
