Can I access other color themes?

I am trying to find a way that I can access the colors of another color theme besides the one currently assigned to our web store, or perhaps select a different color theme on a given tab/category.

For example: I would like to create a new tab in our web store. When a user navigates to this tab or its subcategories I would like to use a different color theme than the default assigned, or at least be able to access the color values from another theme.

I was hoping for a dropdown field on the tab definition for "color theme" but I didn't see one. I was also thinking I could use a tag such as

Howdy, Stranger!
