RFQ - offering extended warranties on the products we sell

Folks,

We're looking for a NetSuite contractor/consultant who would like to bid on a project we've scoped out and completed the marketing for ... all we're missing is a partner who can implement it in NetSuite. The broad strokes are as follows:

- Warranty is a % of price. We will be offering 1, 2 and 3-year warranties, each a different percentage of the customer's price (their price will depend on their NetSuite price level, warranty will be a % of that)
- Need to be able to offer warranties at the item detail template level, so they can be 'added to cart'
- Warranty should be activated at fulfillment
