Randomly Disappearing Sidebar

Our sidebar navigation will randomly disappear (screenshot: http://cl.ly/BLvO) in one category at a time, for about 10-15 minutes. Just happened 10 minutes ago on http://www.afloral.com/Silk-Flowers-Artificial-Flowers-Fake-Flowers. For the past 3-4 months it happens almost daily.

This happens in every browser, multiple machines (Mac, PC, iPhone on 3G), and persists after clearing cache. I'm starting to log every occurrence we catch.

Seems like a server-side issue, but really not sure. I've been in touch with NetSuite Support about this, to no avail (we don't know how to manually cause the issue, so its quite difficult to troubleshoot).
