Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Remote access from hosted site
My company has elected to host a web application within Netsuite. I setup a Web Site under Netsuite and it seems to be working well.
Unfortunately, in my testing I was unable to connect to our SuiteScript resources. The external Suitelets are automatically assigned to the forms.netsuite.com domain, similarly Restlets are assigned to rest.netsuite.com. The hosted site seems to have the options shopping.netsuite.com, checkout.netsuite.com or system.netsuite.com. I cannot figure how to make Suitelets, Restlets and hosted files play together on the same domain, and on separate domains I encounter cross-site scripting errors when attempting to access those resources.
