Online Forms and Promotional Codes

We are using an online customer form.  We'd like to link a specific promocode to this form but not have customers need to know the promo code and not see it on the form. Is there a way to do this?  So basically when the form is completely filled out a promo code is tagged on submit of that specific form with a specific promo code.
