Magento Developer Recommendations?

Does anyone have a Magento Developer that they would recommend.
We are seriously considering making the switch. When i start comparing what it will cost to move to the New Netsuite ecommerce addition versus switching to the established and reputable Magento Enterprise platform, Magento is starting make more sense. I cant sit idle and watch the world pass us by any longer.
