Cannot change the home page.

Our original landing page was a presentation tab, so when someone went to www.lampspecs.co.uk/Light-Bulbs-Tubes it would re-direct to www.lampspecs.co.uk (the same page)

I have just made a new home page and /Light-Bulbs-Tubes should now be a  sub-tab of that page, but I cannot access that tab because it still re-directs to www.lampspecs.co.uk and that is the new home page.

How can I stop the system re-directing the URL to the home page?
