McAfee Secure generating multiple vulnerability warnings

As of this morning, McAfee Secure (previously HackerSafe) reports a whole mess of vulnerabilities on one out of 5 of our Netsuite websites. They are too numerous to list here. This is the first I've seen of anything like this with a Netsuite site. Since our site is hosted by Netsuite I thought I'd mention it on the forum in case anyone else had seen this. Any suggestions? Should I be nervous about this?
