Can custom list items contain values AND a name or just values?

I'd like to set up a new master custom list of Vimeo videos related to individual products. Consequently, I'd like to be able to refer to these videos programmatically by their ID on Vimeo and have the ability to select them by name in admin.

However, it appears that when I create a new custom list in NetSuite, I only have the ability to add the value? Is there anyway I can assign each list item a friendlier name so that I don't have to select the videos based just on their ID?

Any ideas?
