Affiliates integration - unable to pull itemId

Hi,

Our affiliates are trying to implement 4 scripts into our website (Visit, Product, Cart & Sale). 

The problem is trying to pull the item id. Visit & Product scripts work.

maybe the reason why we can't pull the itemid, is because multiple items can be added onto sales & cart. I knowI need more code.
