Can I display a non-Netsuite website in a tab?

I'd like to add a tab to the Netsuite screens used by our employee that opens up a another non-Netsuite website.  I'd like the employee to still think they are in Netsuite however.  When the click on the tab, the other website appears in the window with the Netsuite header still there.  This would sort of be like the other website appearing through an iframe in the Netsuite UI.

I tried to create a Hosted Tab. This successfully creates the tab and the user can click on it.  However, when they click it takes the user to the other website in the same window.  I really want the foreign website to just appear within the tab in the Netsuite UI.
