Download and Install OpenSSL

Download and Install OpenSSL doesn't work.  Here is the instructions that are outdated:

I emailed NS and they replyied with the following:


"Looking at the SLP website, it looks like the fourth option is now Win32 Open SSL v1.0.1c, and it has virtually the same description as noted for Win32 Open SSL v1.0.0d.

Installs Win32 OpenSSL v1.0.1c (Recommended for software developers by the creators of OpenSSL). Note that this is a default build of OpenSSL and is subject to local and state laws. More information can be found in the legal agreement of the installation.
